Tyler Waugh practices primarily in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance defense. Tyler joined the firm in 2018 after graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he served as a mock trial team member for the advocacy program, the Chief Justice of the Board of Barristers, and legal extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
During law school, Tyler gained practical legal experience by working with a small firm that specialized in representing clients in employment law and personal injury litigation. He also gained valuable experience working as a law clerk alongside the experienced trial attorneys here at Sanders Warren Russell & Scheer.
Before law school, Tyler earned his undergraduate degree in American Government Education from St. Ambrose University where he was also was a member of the school’s mock trial team and football team.
