Sean Edwards concentrates his practice primarily on defending clients in significant property loss, injury, death and damages claims in the areas of property and premises liability, product liability, trucking/transportation liability, veterinary and professional liability, as well as wills, trusts, and estates and associated civil liability. He has tried jury and bench trials in Kansas and Missouri. Sean has successfully argued on behalf of clients before the Court of Appeals in both Kansas and Missouri. Sean serves as regional counsel for several property preservation providers, several nursing care providers, and serves as legal counsel for the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association. He is also a lecturer on legal issues at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been a partner since 2008.
