About Robert M. Reynolds

Robert joined the firm as an associate in 2019. He practices primarily in the areas of catastrophic injury and wrongful death defense, employment law, government and municipal liability, insurance defense, trucking and transportation law, and general civil defense. Before joining the firm, Robert served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Kansas Attorney General’s Office, bringing civil litigation on behalf of the Attorney General. Robert has developed extensive experience involving complex legal issues, giving him a unique insight on litigation and its effects on individuals and businesses.

During law school, Robert clerked for the Leavenworth County Attorney’s Office in Leavenworth, Kansas where he prosecuted DUI and other traffic related crimes. Robert also clerked for the Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Division for the Kansas Attorney General.

Prior to law school, Robert worked for Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas in the Senator’s Washington, D.C. office.
