About Emily Titus

Emily began practicing with the firm as an associate attorney in 2019, and works primarily in civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as a law clerk in personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability defense.

While a law student at the University of Missouri—Columbia, Emily competed in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition, placing sixth overall in the nation and earning the Roscoe Anderson Award for Excellence in Advocacy. She focused her legal education on business and transactional practice, earning the Tax and Transactional Certificate along with her J.D. She also served as a member of the Mizzou Law Veteran’s Clinic, offering free legal services to veterans.
