About Christopher R. Staley

Chris’ practice focuses on aggressively defending and advocating for his clients through all stages of litigation. He routinely represents individuals and businesses facing claims of breach of contract, personal injury, discrimination, and professional negligence. Chris also has experience handling contested and uncontested probate and estate administration cases. Prior to joining the firm, Chris had a general practice in Manhattan, Kansas where he gained invaluable litigation experience and assisted clients with complex transactional, estate planning, and estate administration matters.
While in law school, Chris served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washburn Law Journal and earned four CALI Excellence for the Future awards in Federal Courts, Evidence, Civil Procedure II, and Constitutional Litigation. In addition to solving complex legal issues for his clients, Chris enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
