Brandon’s practice primarily focuses on defending and advocating for his clients in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance defense. Brandon joined the firm as a summer law clerk, and upon admission to the bar, began as a full-time associate with the firm.
While in law school, Brandon served as Comments Editor of the Washburn Law Journal and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future award in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing I. In addition to the practical legal experience gained while working as a law clerk at Sanders Warren Russell & Scheer, Brandon also gained valuable legal experience as a legal extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas.
Prior to attending law school, Brandon earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Indiana Institute of Technology, where he also was a member of the men’s golf team. After completing his undergraduate degree and working in sales, Brandon joined the United States Army, where he served as a Human Intelligence Collector. While serving in the United States Army, Brandon obtained a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance, was responsible for conducting interrogations and military source operations, and completed a nine-month combat deployment throughout the Middle East.
When he is not working, Brandon still enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
