Bill Sanders and Roger Warren have extensive experience mediating and arbitrating cases. The mediators at SWR have handled over 4,000 mediations and arbitrations involving a variety of legal areas, including personal injury, professional liability, products liability, construction and complex commercial litigation.

Bill has been named as the Best of the Bar in the Kansas City Business Journal since 2002, is a Super Lawyer in Missouri and Kansas and was named in the Best Lawyers in America. He has also been named the Kansas City, Kansas Mediation Lawyer of the Year. He is a registered arbitrator and mediator with the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Roger is a founding member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals in both mediation and arbitration. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and is a Super Lawyer in both Kansas and Missouri.
